1986 Ferrari Testarossa. Rare and desirable early single “flying mirror” version in classic Ferrari red with black leather interior. Only 24,000 miles (40,000 kilometers). It has been carefully kept in a collection for many years. As you can see in the photos, this is a very nice example- the paint is very nice, the interior shows very well except for some slight pulling of the dash material at the base of the instrument pod and the edges of the glove box top which is unfortunately common with Testarossas, the motor and trunk areas are clean, and it is mechanically strong. Included are the owners manuals in a rare black leather pouch (they are usually tan), the original tool kit and jack. This is a European Delivery example that was sold new in Istanbul, Turkey on Feb. 27 1986, then immediately imported into the United States a few days later, on March 4, 1986. A Department of Transportation (DOT) release letter stating it was properly imported into the USA is included. This Euro spec example is fitted with the superior free flowing exhaust system- one of the weaknesses of the USA delivery cars is the inferior USA spec exhaust system. The Ferrari Testarossa is the premier 1980’s Supercar. They are an extremely reliable 175 mph exotic car that can be driven daily.
